Feature Surveys, Set out and As-constructed

Many projects that are constructed require the services of a Licensed Surveyor.

Services that we provide allow the design of projects and construction. These are required for roads, car parks, parks, site works and service installation.

1. Feature Surveys

Before any projects commence a site plan is required to provide information to engineers, councils and service providers on what currently exists. Our data can be supplied in any project grid.

2. Set out

On completion of design the surveyor is involved in providing survey control and set out of the design. This is crucial in any project as it ensures the construction follows the design.

3. As-constructed

On completion of the project an audit is required to provide the authorities that it was constructed in accordance with the design.

The equipment used for this type of work include Robotic Total Stations and GPS Equipment.
