A Contour and Feature survey is a plan that shows the position of existing features on your block as well as heights.

These plans are used by architects, engineers and builders. As surveyors we have developed our site plans to comply with these departments. Our plans also show the position of neighboring buildings to allow for privacy when doing designs of your new house.

The services that are connected to your block are based on the Australian Height Datum. Sewer Plans from the Water Corporation show the levels to this Datum. Our plans are also based on these levels so the datum is fixed.

We supply a datum mark on site usually in the bitumen for the builders or engineers for future reference.
